Hi, my name is Jennifer!
Here is my story. This is baby #2. We decided to start trying in July of this year. Well, we didn't have to try very hard. I knew when I ovulated and it happened in July. I tested postive on Aug 12 and went to the DR to confirm on Aug 13. I was a little freaked out! It didn't take much.
Later that week we went over to my parents house and the way we told them (not very original) was that we had started looking for another house. My mom asked why (because our house now is perfect for us and it is 2 blocks away from them). And I said well our family will be getting
bigger. She said, "you are NOT getting another dog" (we have 3). I said - NNNNNNNO. She said then you must be pregnant. I said YYYYYYYESSSSSSSSSS and she said honey did you hear that (to my Dad) and she repeated it. It is kinda neat. I am the youngest of 3 girls in the family and I am the only one to have any children/ grandchildren. My
hubby is an only child too. Plus, my parents were the FIRST in their high school class to get married (their 40th anniversary is this year). And at their 40th high school reunion, they were the ONLY ones without grandchildren. SO, needless to say our parents were very excited!
For my sisters, I emailed them the picture below. Kinda cute, but I scanned my HPT and they got that I was pregnant again!
