I would need everyone to email me the following:

(1) a personal pic (in .gif or .jpg format only)

(2) a family pic (pets can be included )

(3) first belly shot if you are showing

(4) sibling pics (optional)

(5) any ultrasound pics

(6) your due date

(7) your first names only and storknet name

(8) birthday & anniversary dates (if you want them listed on website and recognized)

(9) where you live (if you want it listed on website)

(10) gender/intuition guess (girl/boy/not finding out?)

(11) baby names picked out yet? (if you want listed on website)

(12) your EMAIL address please, so I can contact you if need be (also if you want an email button included on page)

(13) personal website URL (if you want it listed and viewed by other members)

(14) your pregnancy story: how you told hubby, parents, etc. and if there will be any older siblings to enjoy this spectacular event!
